I am taking the remedy every night, before bed. It's fantastic, as I do not have this problem anymore, especially at night. Not only the remedy took away the acidity, but it help me sleep the whole night. I used to take two Nexiums for the last three months, but the reflux did not go away. The day I found this website I was again having heartburn at the time. I have taken prescription medication for 10 plus years.
